It's evil, and evil will be taken care of. So god has angels to do his work, now there are alot of other people who serve God.

in this case, the rapist gona be taken care of by the police. And after, by jail guards. And by shrinks. and when he exits jail, he will try to get a job but people will take action against him. He will get a shitty job where he will get a second shitty chance in life.
