I think you should look at why you're coming across as not genuine or hostile, because usually in leftist spaces people are like, bursting at the seams to explain these things to the uninformed or misinformed.
I know just from our interactions you've often given a lot of push back to very basic explanations, like when we went back and forth for days over the simple idea that we don't literally inspect genitals before assuming gender. So I think it's a you problem honestly.
a leftist such as yourself isnt inclined to ask questions that would get pushback, so thats unsurprising. in any case the pushback im talking about doesnt come from trans people in my experience, they're generally as you say very willing and eager to explain things. its the advocates that shut down things generally. trans people aren't comparable to say vegans, who mostly self advocate and get testy when confronted on specifics because they come from a high moral white tower. trans people are mostly self interested without the overarching push to change the world like vegans.
