I still think getting ACA On the books was a net positive. Was it fault free hell no. The US for the last 30 years has let capitalism run almost unchecked. Look at tax brackets from the 50’s to now. There is no argument that we have reduced the burden on business. And we are supposed to believe just more free market will take care of the less fortunate?
