it's so stupid. instead of acknowledging it's a problem (if you're genuinely not one of them), rejecting their bigotry and looking for ways to seperate conservatism from racism, white supremacy, and fascism, so many right wingers just pretend like they don't exist at all, or that just because not every single conservative is an outright nazi, the whole thing is not a problem.

if they had any principles, and one of them was to oppose racism, they wouldn't constantly make excuses for that kind of scum, and march alongside them on rallies and protests. you'd oppose them, shame them, and throw them out of your alliance.
