Rofl, i have found more gold then you could dream of, i have 3 minelabs detectors and pan shoalhaven every few weeks, yes its measured in ounces because that's always been the standard, still makes zero sense.
Just for the record i mostly grew up on a cattle property and we didn't have a color tv until i was 16.

Metric is vastly superior. I just use imperial when speaking on here because I know the majority of people on this forum are American, but I do have to actually put it in a google calculator before I post every time.
