google translate, again:

In China, the concern of the past few hours has been to avoid a second wave at all costs. "This is the new challenge from the Chinese authorities, and the game is getting complicated.
In the north of the country, Chinese people returning from abroad, despite their quarantine, despite the tests, are carrying Covid-19," said the journalist. Arnauld Miguet live from Wuhan (China), who adds:
"For a Wuhan researcher, this new type of Covid-19 would be more difficult to detect and more contagious."

I guess they are talking about the L type of the virus, S type being the original one they had to "fight" first time.

Oh well...

"The team found that the deadliest mutations were seen in the ones spreading in Europe and New York. On the other hand, weaker strains were seen in some parts of the United States, such as Washington State."
"The team also revealed that some of the most aggressive strains of the coronavirus were able to generate 270 times the viral load of the weaker strains. Further, potent strains kill human cells fastest."

Rofl this is a mess. Seems to be a team of Chinese doctors tho.

Questions also remain as to whether testing positive for antibodies means a person has achieved immunity, he said.

I guess this is pretty clear these people could have the Antibodies before the infection?

Yes, the antibody tests currently in use still suffer from from relatively high false positive rates - mostly caused because the tests can get triggered by antibodies to older, harmless coronaviruses instead of Sars-CoV-2.

So we can take a study with high tolerance testing on antibodies, and use it to promote our herd immunity narrative... ^_^

NONE of this is peer reviewed, even in China.
Considering that it started in China, probably purposefully, I would wait for papers that ARE peer reviewed and don't originate in China.

The US and China are in an economic war. (tariffs, sanctions, etc.)
Trusting papers that aren't peer reviewed, that originate in China, is worse than silly, it's irresponsible.

FoxNews is NOT peer review. Did you ask mommy if you were allowed to use the computer?

WASHINGTON — Capt. Brett E. Crozier should be restored to command of the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt, the Navy’s top officials recommended on Friday.

But Defense Secretary Mark T. Esper, who was briefed on the recommendations, has asked for more time to consider whether to sign off on reinstating the captain of the nuclear-powered carrier.

Mr. Esper received the recommendation from the chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Michael M. Gilday, and the acting Navy secretary, James McPherson. Defense Department officials said earlier that they expected to announce the results of the Navy’s investigation into the matter on Friday afternoon.

Mr. Esper’s decision to hold up the investigation has surprised Navy officials, who believed that the defense secretary would leave the process in the hands of the military chain of command.

Deep state captain might get his job back.

I strongly assume that the authors of the study did consider this complication in their approach, and that the 14% number takes it into account.

Indeed an interesting read. After reading through it, the most pressing question on my mind is: why arent her and the best friend a couple? She sure does sound like she loves him.
