alright, but how would you target hamas specifically? you said what you wouldn't do, but what do you do to actually eliminate hamas without killing civilians?

Oh no I completely understand. But the reality is that Israel is conducting a war and its war aims do not include resolving the issue of a palestinian state.

Israels first responsibility is to its citizens and Hamas is a credible threat whose capability they will remove for the medium/longterm.

There will be a question about the day after or what comes next. But I think that rightly it is secondary in Israels calculation.

I am not defending child slaughtering I am just saying the other side is placing them in the front line as human shields.
