Well, if you look at the article he's referencing, one would find that:

"Even if somebody tried to vote on behalf of a deceased person, the vote would be rejected, according to Tracy Wimmer, spokeswoman for the Michigan secretary of state.

The data on how many ballots were rejected isn’t available yet, Wimmer said."

So, the whole "10,000 returned ballots" means exactly that: They were returned. It doesn't speak to how many of them were rejected v. being counted.

This fraud problem typically comes from white people unfortunately. If John Smith dies, you have a lot of other John Smiths who can take his place to commit fraud.

What happens if Shankar Ramastathan dies? What about Fong Pu Ding? What about D'Brickashaw Black? It's really hard to commit fraud there.

It seems to me that we should look at predominantly white states for voter fraud (Maine, Vermont, Iowa, etc.)

Nah... we'd need an email with Hunter Biden saying "yeah I'd love to help coordinate massive voter fraud all across the country to the tune of tens of thousands of votes, let's meet to discuss in Trump tower". That would at least match a piece of evidence we had for Russia collusion.
