Legitimate question since I don't have or ever go on twitter but do these politicians posting actually post themselves or is this a fully paid social media person making dumb errors?

If it is her it doesn't surprise me and honestly she could backtrack and say it's a typo but again I have no doubts she legitimately doesn't even remotely know the world population.

That depends on the politician. Some keep complete control of their social media accounts, others delegate that to staff completely, and still others have a blend of the two.
