The homocide rate in the US is a lot higher than those other nation, which cuts the lifespan a bit.

There's probably many factors, like low income for alot of old people, and obesity, but what i means is there's probably an outrageous spending for the wealthy part of the population, and a still very (too much, so often declined except when emergency) high for the others.
Example: low income cannot really fix his/her carious teeth, leading to alot of other latent diseases and reducing, globally, the quality of life. I gives this example because the side problems caused by carious teeth is gigantic. More fluoride btw.
