just to keep on my tinfoil the veracity of these lawsuits means less than the time they take to get tossed out. Any SoS can use their active status as an excuse not to validate the election results with a signature, even if thrown out after the EC vote it doesnt matter.

so in order to eliminate the chance of the tinfoil they need to get rid of all of them, or at least a number that cant swing the EC totals, so like 2 states can not be left active. no two states worth 21 or more total EC votes.

The only one that will survive longer than a week is Pennsylvania because it's a question of legislature versus judge's orders. All others are either already dismissed, or actively pissing off the judges with their frivolous nature and obfuscation by the bringing team.
