Right.
In your world, Biden is responsible for there being vaccines, and Biden in superman like fashion basically planned all of the logistics on day one in January. Nope none of those logistical chains, planning, investments existed under Trump because orange man bad.
Pfizer and modena are responsible for their vaccines, and they said trump had nothing to do with their developments.

I haven't looked into the issue much, but simply from an optics perspective, Biden has taken COVID seriously from the beginning(he tweeted in December 2019 that we weren't prepared for a pandemic), and Trump has not. There's mountains of evidence showing this.
And what's weird is how Trump didn't lean into taking credit for the vaccine. He could've gotten his vaccine shot on television... he could've went on Fox and talk radio multiple times to promote the "Trump vaccines". Doing so probably would've made a serious dent in right-wing vaccine skepticism. Instead, he promoted COVID skepticism, and tried to steal an election.
Dude what a terrible loser.
I wonder if the reelection was the first time he was ever told "no".
