I am just going to throw this out here, maybe they want people to actually watch their news, and know no one is going to watch a 1 hour clip of trump begging someone to commit a crime for him and they just put up the juiciest parts.
I mean look at this thread, none of the trump fans even watched the 1 hour clip they demanded be released because they have the same attention span as their cheeto in chief.

Thing is there's almost certainly a few dozen similar phone calls that went unreleased.
