This is all I can find about the Judicial watch thing. The only people reporting on it are giving 1-2 paragraph blurbs repeating the idea, with no real evidence or links to the source or methodology.

Judicial Watch also seems to be a right wing think tank that exclusively targets Democrats and only super biased right wing sources are actually reporting it. Seems to be akin to Project Veritas "breaking news".


You seem to just be repeating headlines without actually looking into the meat of the issue, because it's only taking me about 30 seconds of googling to find everything you post is baseless.

I'm glad you came at it from this angle. Yes, the recent article is a blurb about how they said this several months ago, interesting you cant find mention of it anywhere else... Probably coincidence 🤔

As far as the data. Looks like they used election data from edison, and census information from each state. The study is on their website for you to review and dispute.

If they used census data then it's not really surprising why they would find discrepancy. The census is done every 10 years and voter registrations are done constantly. People move around, which means they're going to be double counted on most registrations and the census isn't going to keep up with population movements.

I.e. if I move out of the state I'll show up as a voter in Missouri, a voter in Colorado, but only be counted in one on the census.

Well, fraud or not, clearly some people voted Biden for president but voted republican for house/senate. Since obviously not all of the ballots are fraudulent, if any, the presumption would be that those ballots are legit one and the fraudulent ones would be among those that voted dem all the way. If they're challenging split ballots as fraudulent then yes, that would be odd, but I doubt that's what's happening.
