If you are talking about having to choose between China or the West owning Africa, of course I'd pick the latter. But ideally, Africa should remain Africans'.

Maybe you should try answering my question instead of putting up a picture.

Africa is worth a lot more than billions. However, the country has been colonized to shit, which has caused destruction of infinitely valuable natural resources that are now fucked to death and can’t be fixed. So forgive me but Africa should belong to Africans. And everyone who took part in the rape of that continent should just be throwing money like crazy at them to help fixed the problems WE all caused.
