If the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain are aligned in terms of foreign policy, they still have 310m people, a decent land mass and a massive economy between them. The problem is that they are not a historically grown union, they have distinct cultures, economies and foreign policy interests in certain areas.

I mean... the Brits are totally the only country in Europe thinking they are exceptional, it's not like there are other countries having a strong national pride or calling themselves Grande Nation, right? :lol:
