Why would that change anything? Bernie hasn't had a shot since March 15th.

Hillary Clinton essentially clinched the DNC nomination.

Bernie will likely stay in the race until the convention when the superdelegate ballots are officially cast, but they aren't going to switch over to Sanders.

Of course, if you ask me, this race has been over since really before she even announced and mathematically since March 15th. But tonight is when she hit the magic number of delegates to more or less clinch the nomination.

Nah. It's been over since either Netroots Nation or South Carolina, depending on how much you needed the hard data.

I think it was over before it even began. It was over in like 2014.

She had historic levels of party support and endorsements before she announced. She dominated the "invisible primary."

The only person in recemt history that can rival her in invisible primary dominance is George W. Bush (2000). But even she has him beat.

If Netroots had gone differently, I think the election very well could have, too.

I think you are putting far too much stock into the importance of Netroots.

Internal party support and endorsements, especially from superegates who have a direct say in the nomination process, are much more important factors in deciding the DNC nominee.

Hillary had historic levels of support in these areas before the primary even officially began.

A significant portion of the Bernouts are die hards like Michael Moore that won't vote now.

The rest are really a big question mark as far as who they'll vote for come November, and Trump has had record breaking numbers in New Jersey and Florida by drawing in new voters. He's going to do unpredictable things now that the probability densities are narrowing.

Had Sanders been a stronger candidate with the same message and more solutions he would have done quite well

It wasn't over before it started that would take away the credit he deserves for sinking his ship

You should tell Mrs. Sotomayor that you can interpret law better than her.
Oh also let her know that she's a total racist same mold as orange Trump:

http://mobile.nytimes.com/2009/05/15/us/15judge.html?_r=0&referer=

“Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences,” she said, for jurists who are women and nonwhite, “our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.”

-Sonia Maria Sotomayor, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.

She's being realistic about it, but the role of a judge is to put aside their beliefs and experiences to do their job. That's the goal. Acknowledging that who you are as a person will inevitably influence the decisions you make shouldn't surprise anyone.

Have you even thought this issue out? If race/ethnicity can be used as a reason for recusal, anything can.

Lol, legitimately trying to flame me and make it personal while you report everyone for the crime of disagreeing with you?

ETA: you know the mods are human beings who can see what you're obviously doing here and aren't just bots, right?

You're being generous this evening.

Can't tell if playing dumb or just dumb.

He was involed in La Raza for one, the biased shitbag. Abusers of positions of power go to the lowest rings of hell for a reason.

The Bernie voters that aren't voting for Hillary weren't going to vote for anybody but Bernie anyway. I know I wasn't going to vote Hillary before Bernie, and I'm in the same boat after.

The more "unpredictable" things Trump does the better. He's already alienated huge voter blocs and continues doing so now by disrespecting a judge for being Latino. General election voters aren't the dolts that vote in Republican primaries.
