The Georgia statute in the link above was passed in 2006, by a Republican-controlled state legislature. It was signed into law by Republican Sonny Perdue. Why would they do such a thing?

The Georgia argument doesnt make sense. Widespread mail in voting was widely disapproved back then.

I would read both other laws first. It was probably infused with corrupt pork. The Democrats did the same thing with the COVID relief package.
