If this is about the ballots that arrived after November 3rd, that doesn't really matter. They've never been included in the vote count. Trump could get 100% of them and he still wouldn't win PA.

Sworn statements saying they were included in the vote count, but.... Those are not important either.

Everyone does gerrymander, and it's really difficult to find "non-partisan" answers to a lot of these questions. But if we're going to indulge in these sort of arguments, we might as well point out that Democrats have been openly lobbying for illegal immigration insofar as it benefits them electorally.

Even if they were included in the vote count Trump could get 100% of them and it wouldn't have flipped the state.

So... whatevs? It should definitely be sorted out in courts for procedural purposes on the next election, but it won't flip the state.
