meanwhile in reality even the federal government in berlin has made a statement and clearly supported madrid
their bottom line: spain is a constitutional democracy and the conflict has to be solved within the boundaries of spanish law and constitution (isnt that horrible fenderp?)

http://www.faz.net/aktuell/politik/inland/puigdemont-bundesregierung-verteidigt-vorgehen-spaniens-15513040.html

its good to know that berlin will not interfere and our state can make an independant decision based on facts and law

now you guys have the time to submit the necessary paperwork zark, dont worry we can easily hold for around 2 months if necessary

germany is literally north korea!!111!

€: by the way, the police of schleswig-holstein made a statement as well
they are "suprised" that our danish friends didnt bother to do anything despite knowing that a guy with an EU arrest warrant was traveling in their state
i guess they wanted to avoid the trouble

€€: according to some sources finland, despite stating publicly that they would arrest puigdemont, let him go and informed the federal police in germany instead that he might be coming
then the spanish decided to work with our police
good choice, you can count on us ^_^

acting like beating and kicking peaceful civilians is the only way to "enforce the law".

violence is by far not the only way
what you call "pro violence stance" is just another pathetic accusation
i always prefer the elegant solution, however if that one fails there is no other way
i am not suprised that you would let everything happen, typical apologist

you dont even read, thats what the phrase quod erat demonstrandum was made for
your stupidity makes my brain melt

police brutality apologist at it again, trying to pretend they did NOT make excuses for the use of excessive force just because it was against people he disagrees with. hilarious...
'b-b-but they deserved it because it's totally the same as throwing stones and breaking into private residences' - looks like there is no brain left to melt.

the authoritarian right in germany cheering for violence against citizens in spain, history DOES repeat itself.
'b-b-but they are just enforcing the law'

oh look, i am soundly beaten so i have to repeat bullshit again and again until it becomes an argument

sorry fenderp it does not

but i do agree that history does repeat itself with people like you who think that justice is whatever they personally see fit
it is not and therefore occupying public buildings illegally is perfectly comparable to private residences, the property rights are violated in the same way as the owner does not have access
in this case its the society

just how many times does your narrative need to be exposed, its getting embarrassing

more projection from the violence loving authoritarian right who got exposed for trying to justify violence against peaceful civilians.

'b-b-but going to a public building to vote and then leave again is the same as occupying a private residence, peaceful nonviolent protest is the same as throwing stones at police - either way, it totally warrants kicking and beating women and elderly, attacking protesters with batons, and shoving them down stairs because it's the only way to enforce rule of law, herp derp' - i guess with an empty head such mental gymnastics come naturally to you...

the far right and their police state fantasies, absolutely disgusting...

that moment when fenderp has another narrative he has to repeat in every single post
now its authoritarian....i take it as a compliment from a guy like who hates the concept of state and law (maybe because its too much for him) and wants his moral superiority complex to rule

we all know by now that spain is literally north korea so spare us please

by the way, i wonder what stupid and ridiculous "fantasy" fenderp wants me to have....as if existing laws and facts are something that need to be some kind of fantasy i need to apologise for

'hurr durr... fenderp / antifa / rule of law / literally north korea...
you're against police violence and use of excessive force against civilians? that clearly means you hate the concept of state and law'

well, i guess that kind of "logic" perfectly illustrates what the german right wing considers to be the ideal state and law, and how it should be enforced. again, nothing new here...

brexiteers potentially breaking the law to win the referendum? 'who cares? sore losers, deal with democracy.'
catalans voting and protesting peacefully being assaulted by police? 'omg, they broke the law! they deserved it.'

i don't think anyone is really surprised about the right's approval of police state methods, political arrests, and violence against civilians as long as it's "the others" - it just feels like they are emboldened and think their anti-democratic tendencies are somehow legitimised these days. it's almost like they haven't learned anything from history...

it does, the status quo ante merkel was pretty decent, but i wouldnt mind going back a few more years when even the social democrats were more conservative and reasonable (helmut schmidt) than the christian democrats nowadays, where state interest actually came first instead of a mass migration utopia
feel free to attack me for that

but...but poo literally wants a new hitler
take your pills please

back on topic

i am not gonna lie, the moral imperialism thats coming from our country is embarrassing
that happens when you have like 500 fenders in parliament

They wanted him arrested in Germany specifically because of how similar our constitutions and laws are (our constitution is basically modeled after yours, with many of our articles looking like simple copypasta), and your boys did a good and quick job as soon as we sent them the info.

i just saw an interesting comment from a law expert who said that you might not take him back, if you cant get him on rebellion or high treason
because EU law states that you can only charge him for what we deliver him to you guys, which might "only" be embezzlement of public money

any chance of happening or do you want puigdemont under all circumstances?

London retains top spot as world’s leading financial centre in prestigious Z/Yen index, just ahead of New York. Only European city in top 15. Frankfurt, at 20, is down 9 places. Now behind Dubai.
