NBC executives had to scramble to avoid getting FCC bombed after this election. They might have salvaged this. SNL and Kamala broke the broadcast rules by having her appear with no equal time for Trump, something SNL had said just weeks ago they wouldn't do because they knew it was against the FCC rules. That put NBC in a horrible situation since they not only violated their broadcast license but admitted to doing it. So last night after a NASCAR race they gave Trump a free spot for a recorded message. Still unclear if the Trump campaign was even involved or if NBC just put up his campaign ad without his involvement

More notable is how Kamala diverted her flight and agreed to appear on SNL despite knowing she was cheating the campaign rules at the 11th hour. Rules for thee
