just shocking that an organization that wants CJ reform for a more fair system also has misguided members that want to shake down jurors. this is hte kind of shit that happened in the south for a century, even cases of a DA telling a jury that there would be violence if someone was let off. and he'll walk out in 6 months and do it again.
In Minneapolis? If this is a state warrant, he'll get a trial date for a year from now, not show up to it, get sentenced in absentia to a 2 year suspended sentence that never goes into effect and completely ignore it
If this is a federal warrant he'll do 8 years before 'early release'.
And since they want extradition, its a state warrant
