An allegation is not evidence unless it's testified to under oath by an eye witness.

Things can be hearsay and be evidence if they follow specific rules, but it's rarely enough to only have hearsay and get a ruling in your favor.

The Loeffler seat was always headed for a runoff, Warnock winning it outright would have been far too fishy.
In the Perdue vs Osoff race, they would have needed Osoff to get to above 50% to avoid the runoff, which would have raised all sorts of red flags too, particularly since Biden himself stayed below that threshold. There was no way to sell the public on why it's plausible that Jon "empty suit - millenial edition" Osoff should have run ahead of Joe Biden.

Affidavits are sworn testimonies, and if you read any of them most mention they are prepared to testify under oath. One of them having been an attorney general previously I'm sure he's at least aware of the penalty of perjury. You're grasping at straws because you are conditioned that orange man is bad.



What's concerning is a election fraud at this scale and orange man bad is still worse for you. Certainly not interested in a government that has to commit voter fraud to take power.

Facts matter.

I'm convinced that he lost, and that these allegations of voter fraud are just desperation moves. It is still important for democracy that all cases with a somewhat credible suspicion of voter fraud are looked into to determine what was going on.
My position is simple: do the recount, do the audits, and when those show nothing out of the ordinary, there will no longer be this cloud of doubt hanging over Biden's presidency. Yes, the hard core of Trump's base will keep harping on and on about it, but this type is irredeemable anyway. The more reasonable Trump supporters as well as Trump-wary Republicans will accept the results of a duly conducted audit.

there was no widespread voter fraud. trump claimed this against hilary, he claimed this against ted cruz, he claimed this everywhere he is losing yet now its something because he sits in teh WH and he lost.

Ted Cruz actually committed voter fraud in Iowa (albeit legal). He sent out deceptive mail notices.
