I will say that I think a disruptor is good when necessary. There's no doubt that the neoliberal policies over the past 30 years have been fantastic for society overall but there are quite a few who are left behind. We probably need a slight tweak to these policies so that the transition period is longer and/or we micro-target those affected so they can adapt easier.
