People look at you like you're the idiot if you wear them here. A RCMP officer tried enforcing it, they were immediately relocated to another community.

That being said at least 65% of personal travel is done by quad or skidoo here , people don't use trucks. You get your groceries by skidoo, go to the cornerstore by quad, everyone goes to work by quad or skidoo, etc.

thats insane, especially assuming there are deer everywhere up there. i just totaled my car 2 weeks back, drove into a pack of 5 deer at 55, hit 2. if i didnt have my seatbelt on im sure id have lifted out of my seat with how hard my breaks locked up.

In southern Canada you would be fined and there are deer. Where I am anything on four legs would be shot well before it gets to town.

ya but the country lol, i was 10 miles from town. or do people just drive slow and/or have trucks with critter hitter bars on the front?
