I dunno bro. I think the EU will suffer more than the UK in a no-deal brexit.

/e The UK has had dealings with so many countries thru the ages...they have "pull" in tons of countries. In the long run, I think the UK will be better off, back on their own.

you are so hilariously clueless, it's almost adorable.

there is literally no logic by which your feelings about this make any sense. the UK is a much smaller economy than the rest of the EU, their trade with the rest of the EU is a much bigger percentage than vice versa, and obviously they will be in a significantly weaker negotiating position for the trade agreements they will have to negotiate with countries like china, india, japan, US... and their 'dealings through the ages' will most definitely not be relevant in a positive way for that, that's not how any of this works.

don't get me wrong, the EU will suffer from a no-deal brexit without a doubt, but to suggest they would suffer more than the UK does not make any sense at all, that's pure wishful thinking based on complete ignorance concerning the issue.

The UK holds the banking purse strings for most of the world. The did before the EU and they will after. Also, you can't really compare the whole EU to the UK. That's not really a fair comparison.
I'm not picking sides or anything... just sayin.

i'm not comparing them to compile some kind of stupid list, you dolt - i'm comparing them because those are literally the two parties negotiating the post brexit trade relations - so how is that 'unfair'?

some kind of boomer joke i'm not getting?

By referring to the EU as a single entity you are missing the key point that the economic impact of a no deal Brexit will vary significantly among the EU countries. A no deal Brexit to Ireland is actually likely to be worse than to the UK. Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Spain will be adversely affected. The rest aren't big enough trading partners with the UK to really care.

Let's not forget that everything that will happen at brexit will be UK's fault.
