The Cdc's data does not say what you think it says. The study isn't even capable of making that conclusion based on the type of data it collected nor is the data it collected verifiable. Which you would know if you even glanced at it, but let's be honest you've never actually verified a single 'truth' that you hold. It was such a concern that the POTUS was spreading misinformation that one of the people who authored the study had to come out and say something. "The study was not designed to answer these questions."
