I gotta be honest, this middle-of-the-road meet you halfway Biden corporate tax looks decent to me.
Instead of demanding 21%, I think both camps can feel like they've 'won' at 25%.
The only losers here are the screeching far left who we all knew the democrats use like a 5 dollar crack whore every 4 years.
I don't think Republicans believe they have any political incentive to compromise with Biden, so while I'd love them meeting in the middle on taxes and infrastructure, I don't believe it's possible. And so I tend to view these negotiations as theater, and the only thing that matters is whether Democrats can pass something through reconciliation, and whether the moderate Dems are okay with that. I'm far more sympathetic to deficit spending on infrastructure than on corporate/rich people tax breaks.

Biden has no authority or right to repeal the bill of rights, even going by the government's own rules. Executive order is not the process for amending the constitution.
A president attempting to trash the second amendment is completely disqualifying.
Where is Biden attempting to trash the second amendment?
