You're conflating two different concepts.
Saying that the races have stratified results is not the same thing as saying its based on nature, not nurture.
Racial demographics have disparate social conditions like culture, schooling and parenting that can produce different results- nurture.
The Bell Curve very explicitly stated it is not drawing any firm conclusion on the role of nature vs nurture as a cause, while acknowledging that evidence supports it being at least partially responsible.

That being the case - Biden didn’t do bad enough to lose that leverage and Trump didn’t do well enough to sway any more votes to his side..
