When you call back to say they are ready to come home they are discharged, as if assisted living is a medical service and they are a hospital....a lot of social workers or discharge planners will be weak and not know that this person has a right to go to their home and if their landlord wants to evict them they have to go through due process, 30 day notice, etc, and what they were are attempting to do is illegal and that i would report them. Basically ram the person down their fucking throat. Landlords would always try to do this to my mentally ill patients, except ive never encountered a slum lord As ruthless as any assisted living or nursing home administrator.
My ranting aside the medicine doesn't work very well. You just sedate at different levels in different ways at different times.

Anyway, Biden was coming across as fresh and sharp during his more recent debates and the speeches he gave after his recent primary victories. No comparison to the falling-apart mummy he was during, e.g., the NH townhalls. So whatever they did to patch him together again, it was working when it needed to.
This point not withstanding, how the general election goes will be determined 90% by how Trump does over the coming months. Trump's electoral fate lies in his own hands. If he does well, there's absolutely nothing Biden could do or say to turn the election around; and if Trump fails, he will lose to Biden, no matter what state Biden will be in.
