I would not only say that it's not enough, i would say they should beg for international assistance on how to elect politicians.
See, this is what baffles me most about the whole situation. The fact that Cameron isn't being fucking lynched yet.
With a referendum like this, you
know short-term greed and nationalism will win. Those are simply two ideologies that are easily incited through sheer populism. So, knowing that this referendum would go badly, Cameron promised it just because he wanted to get re-elected.
