It's a logical fallacy when used to explain why something should remain the way it is, I'm not doing that, I put forth why it existed at all, not whether it should.

We all know gay marriage is illegal. You and widow restating it is worse than if you two just ignored this topic as it reinforces the opinion that bigotry is the only reason it's illegal.

and if u are religious and believe that u are a Christian and/or just celebrated Christmas u are hypocrite it goes against the bible, that man should not lay with man and woman should not lay with woman.
