The interesting thing would be federal mandates regarding voting rights. The Roberts court has been pretty stingy when it comes to any sort of national enforcement. There's also some concerns regarding administrative law (see Chevron Deference) but that just means Congress would have to do their job better.
Biden keeps flipping back and forth about a federal mask mandate even though each time he mutters that his handlers are not sure if it’s constitutional. so it’s not really nonsense. remember we only have free affordable healthcare because roberts thinks the constitution says we can be taxed for a service we didnt ask for.
bold; that’s not happening. an inept branch filled with swamp demons, which by default has ceded power to the judiciary and executive branches.
the congress swampscum (this is both parties im talking about here) cant even propose a simple budget to provide stimulus, this is their own fault
