still trying to deny you have a banana republic's two tier justice system, despite the overwhelming evidence, huh? yeah sure, i'm the one embarrassing themselves trying to rationalise that, lol...
You posted a quote which drew a link between Kraft getting his case dismissed and the prosecution's decision to continue pursuing the (female) salon owner. In your words, this represented proof that the United States is a banana republic. Except that there is good reason for both the continuation of the salon case as well as the dismissal of the case against Kraft and the other patrons.
Now you have abandoned the bit about the salon owner, which leaves me confused as to why you posted the original quote at all. You are now saying that the real issue is that Kraft had his case dismissed, and that others wouldn't have been so fortunate in the same situation. But you've provided no evidence to support that, nor have you explained why Kraft's ability to purchase legal representation in American is different from every other nation where purchasing private legal representation (always superior to public options) is also the legal, accepted norm. Do those jurisdictions also qualify as banana republics?
In my opinion, you need to acknowledge that your quote was a dumb meme and take ownership for shit posting on this forum. Second, you need to substantiate the argument that you've pivoted to after the first one fell apart.
