its been admitted as evidence, just as character witnesses are allowed to be admitted as evidence. it's context, not proof, and court cases aren't decided based on it.

there needs to be proof, aka large numbers of verified fraudulent ballots, faulty ballot machines, large troves of uncounted votes for Trump in the state, etc.

i see these stats all over, if they're confirmed they're tossed out, OR they died recently and their votes still count, legally. (RIP that, i guess theyre tossed out)

for reference, about 270 people died per day in Michigan in 2018, precovid. so figure 300 per day, with an absentee ballot window of 1 month (just as a random number) that means 9,000 people died in that time.
