Trump is horrible for the economy, he has no grasp of basic concepts. He claims nationalism while his business and daughter are heavily reliant on china manufacturing. Trump is about trump and nothing else. What specifically has he done to help the economy? The stock market was inflated due to the tax cut. The economy was already on an expansionary trend when he took over. His policies and tariffs started a decline and then he pushed for lower rates. Why would you ever want lower rates when the economy is "booming"?

Using chinese manufacturing is the only way to keep prices competitive in that industry. Youre only proving how clueless and biased you are.

Why are his businesses extorting money from the Secret Service at inflated costs? Why are all of Federal Gov events being hosted at inflated prices at any of his businesses? Why is this not concerning to you?


His whole coronavirus response so far has been to delay and reorganize so he and his family/close donor friends can invest in companies/rework local supply chain investments to grift on the need for PPE. Trump owns the shutdowns and the declines.

chinese manufacturing in almost all industries is margin based, not price based. the only places it's price based are if a margin is very low, think sub 10%. other than that its just a desire for a greater margin. many firms choose to use an american made label to drive business up rather than staying afloat on a slightly higher margin. or u can even raise prices based on the label and retain the same margin. but many companies go american made for lower margins, essentially what Trump has been asking companies to do since he came down the escalator. something he never did and his companies dont do. he called out GE, Ford, GM, etc because it riled up a base in battleground rust belt states, not because he believes in it enough to do it.

The economy would have healed n less than a year if he didn't sit on it with shitty regulations and bad policy. The recession literally took 5 years to fix under him.
