a lot of it is rhetorical campaign slogan posturing, but the increase in personal taxes and the 4 trillion tax increase part is definitely straight from Biden’s mouth/campaign platform

saving coal/gas is questionable because Biden himself cant decide if he wants to expand or ban fracking

His rhetoric is flip-flopping, but I think we all know on which side of this debate he'd end up once he has won the election and doesnt have to pander to Midwestern voters anymore.
