1. they dont have any proof the machines can be hacked, just witnesses and vague connections to Chavez (in allegation, not paper trail).
2. if u prove a crime can happen, that doesnt mean it did.
what we have here is a person found punched to death at Mike Tyson's house. and the prosecutor says "well jury, look at him, he punches people so hard". missing motive, placing them at the scene, any forensic data, etc.
is there some general interesting witness testimony saying these can be hacked? yes. just as their is witness testimony saying these machines arent hooked up to the internet, cant double count ballots, that USB hookups have a legit purpose, etc. conflicting technical testimony, no smoking gun, no proof, no direct plaintiff even.

talk of photographic evidence and recordings. IF there is and it proves manipulation of the voting systems wouldn’t that destroy election integrity if the election wasn’t over turned?
