Indeed it is, to you.

Only people that aren't clear on it are people who are willingly obtuse out of political/ideological reasons.

Its extremely cut and dry for 99.9% of the population. Females are then able to take performance enhancing drugs and they will no longer be eligible to play in tested leagues against other females that are not. They are free to play in the untested. Just like men can take performance enhancing drugs, but they will no longer be eligible to play in tested leagues but can play in the untested.

Trying to change things for such a minor fraction of people with it largely being a net negative for the vast, vast, vast majority make zero sense.

The basketball rim height doesn't need to be changed for everyone because you were born a dwarf.

Maybe one day there will be enough transgender / transitioned people, not sure terminology that they can have their own leagues.

Sorry to hear you believe that.

Trans women aren't taking performance enhancing substances though. They're merely competing using their body as-is, like virtually all athletes.

To your basketball example, the changing of the rim height is a material change in the conditions of the sport itself, whereas the inclusion of trans women in women's sport isn't about material changes to the sport and instead is about accessibility and equity. The 'rim' stays the same.

Their body as is enhanced because they were not born XX like all the other athletes on the field. Just like if a biological woman began using performance enhancing drugs.

If they used their body as-is they would be competing in a mans league.

Psychologically they might be someone else, but if they had to take drugs and go through whatever body modifications to become their as-is body they was not their as-is body to begin with.

Maybe after all that transitioning that's their as is body as in personally its their body, but from a competitive standpoint its not. Its been enhanced.

Take a aerodynamic vehicle, okay take out the engine and everything that mostly makes it a race vehicle and put in a ford focus engine and put it against a ford focus a race. The frame and other things that added little enhancements here or there still remain only the engine changed, it still beats the ford focus and its not fair to put it against the stock ford focus.

There are innate differences in bodies that lend themselves to competitive advantage. That doesn't = taking performance enhancing substances. Michael Phelps has double-jointed ankles and produces ~50% less lactic acid compared to other athletes.

Yes some people are born with genetic freak differences that make them specifically good at something.

Yours is not born with it. You don't transition naturally. You induce it.

They were born with the aspects that you're saying are 'performance enhancing' though.

No, I have clearly stated multiple times that inducing performance enchantment is not prohibited. If you're born naturally good at something you're born naturally good. That is how stars rise to the top.

I explicitly stated its not fair to have tested and untested compete. If they were born with a talent to lift weights, I can live with that loss.

I have remained consistent in my argument that you compete how you were born biologically. If you were born double-jointed okay. If you are born XX you are a biological female.

Now if you were somehow enhancing a fetus, well new arguments will be made that day. Maybe we will all be born with 195IQ.

No. They're men. They will never stop being men. They have the bone density, muscle mass, and fitness level of men.

Stop lying, stop trying to make excuses. I support women's rights. Those rights include being able to compete in actual women's sports without being beat out by men.

You're disgusting.
