Haha man you dont have gun control really.... whatever you have isnt working.
Put as many guards as you want. Many guns in society will result to many shooting. That's fact.
Imo US needs to make it harder for people to own a gun. Thats it. Over time there will be less weapons.
But i guess its too much asked to try put common sense laws.
For example in some states you need to turn 21 to buy a handgun but can buy a rifle at 18. Thats not really common sense.
Any honest thoughts. Im really interested.
You're making statements of fact that have no bearing in fact. While it may be fun to sound confident when you lie, a lie told confidently is still a lie.
The fact is that the cities in the US with the highest levels of gun control, such as Chicago, Baltimore, DC, etc. also have the highest rate of gun crime.
Turns out, when you make it more difficult for law abiding citizens to legally own a firearm, then the only people who own firearms are criminals and the government.
As seen in Uvalde, the government prevented parents from rescuing their children for an hour, aiding and abetting in the brutal murder of 19 5-10 year old children.
So, the government won't protect you from the criminals, in fact, they will prevent you from saving your own child from criminals. The criminals don't care about laws, be they regarding guns or... You know... Murder... So, your solution is to take away all the firearms from law abiding citizens, heavily arm the government, and assume it'll work out?
You're special.
