It would actually blow my mind if the same person signed both items, you can get lazy with your signature for sure but you do not change the fundamentals behind it, the tight sharp points are not present anywhere in the first signing.
I used to look at around 500 signatures a day as a bp regional area manager before i moved into an executive position, you will find people trying to fake a signature will just try to do a flowing scrawl so it looks natural, that is what is present here.
The actual hunter biden signature stays tight within the allocated space and does not go out of bounds, the forgery just rolls all over the document.

Try actually looking at the signature. The person writing it made the exact same cursive motions in every letter in a continuous line, with the only difference being how exaggerated his flourishes looped outwards. A down and left hooked P that loops back on itself into an M that criss crosses itself, then two spiraling loops down right followed by a figure 8. Thats the exact same motion in both signatures. You dont need handwriting training to identify that someone used the same order and number and direction of loops in a series.

This is again why I wonder how many valid mail in ballots are thrown away for "mismatched signatures"

And seriously if you cant see that: Try zooming in and tracing your finger across the line from beginning to end in each picture. Its one continuous stroke, follow its motion as it loops back and forth. Thats obviously the same signature.

Ok well if hunter biden is the only person with a one stroke signature i must be hunter biden then and i signed that document, the signatures are completely different, jesus.
There is literally a GIANT 8 on the laptop signature how can you not see that?

Signatures are a dumb way to verify anyway.

People don't make their loops the same size on every signature. If you looked at ten checks of mine, you'd see wildly different sizes of the cursive script in many permutations that look completely different at face value- all with the exact same pattern of loops and flourishes.
I can't believe I need to explain to you such a basic pattern recognition concept, but here we go, I will literally draw you a diagram of how his signatures follow the same path
