What are you investing in exactly; a store of value, a medium of exchange or a technology?
Bitcoin is the most expensive crypto but its source code is dated, having been improved upon by many other cryptocurrencies, and the transaction fees are so high it can't be feasibly used as a medium of exchange. In light of the previous points, what value would it be storing?
All you have to invest is in the top cryptocurrencies and your investment grows in value in the short - mid - long term because a lot of billions of dollars are entering the crypto market. Like I said before, you dont need to be super smart. You can invest in a passive way, just buy some of the top cryptos and sit. Thats it. Or you can go as an active investor and buy low and sell high and make more profit, but this one is harder, I recommend the first one for new investors.
BTC is now a commodity, the "currency" ones are Litecoin and Dash, but they all (the top 10 cryptocurrencies) give you profits in the short - mid - long term. I have explained this in the last 40 pages lol. Anyway, it doesnt matter if BTC is expensive, if its too expensive, you can go invest in the other cryptocurrencies which are cheaper and are also growing. Litecoin was just $50 forty days ago, now its around $300+ ... Imagine if you have invested just $1,000 in litecoins just forty days ago, your original investment of 1k would be worth now over $5,000. Just a small example of so many in the crypto world.
Then later on when you become more experienced, you can invest in good ICOs and multiply your ethereums (if its eth based). But this is when you become well informed into the cryptoworld. To invest in good ICOs you have to do research and know where you are putting your money, but this is later on when you know more about the crypto world.
I mean, making money in the crypto world is so easy, is not rocket science. Its not too late, its still early.
