Since his charges exist in both of our penal codes, I guess there won't be any bureaucratic problems deporting him (unlike in Belgium, where sedition doesn't exist, and so couldn't legally be deported to face trial for it). I'm not really excited about having him back in Spain, but at least he will finally face trial.
the leftist press is already trying create pressure to set him free
however if i remember correctly this idiot has done more than just "rebellion", including stealing state money for his illegal "referendum" which is certainly a crime here
