Thanks bruv, good job B)

Since his charges exist in both of our penal codes, I guess there won't be any bureaucratic problems deporting him (unlike in Belgium, where sedition doesn't exist, and so couldn't legally be deported to face trial for it). I'm not really excited about having him back in Spain, but at least he will finally face trial.

the leftist press is already trying create pressure to set him free
however if i remember correctly this idiot has done more than just "rebellion", including stealing state money for his illegal "referendum" which is certainly a crime here

lets wait and see, but you guys need to do your legal homework now

Yes, he's charge for rebellion, sedition and embezzlement. All three of them are crimes in Germany, or have an equivalent crime, according to what I've been reading, so in theory there shouldn't be a problem. But yes, we'll have to wait and see.

This crisis isn't going to go away until a legal referendum is granted which won't be boycotted by unionists

Triggered, what a surprise. The trial regarding everything that happened on that day won't start until after the summer. If there's any proof that anyone acted wrongly then I'm sure they'll be trialed, as has happened in the past in situations where the police was accused of using excessive force.

every single case of officers using force to enforce existing law on some random videos without hearing the whole story.....enough for fenderp to make a verdict from a thousand miles away

your hatred for state and police in general has become a bit too obvious

arent you the guy who is ready defend any random shitfuck "until proven guilty"?

being triggered by random, out of context footage is not proof, at least outside of your simplistic universe

Of course it's IF there's any proof. Why would anyone be punished if there is no proof?

you're just being obtuse now. the "if" OBVIOUSLY does not question the concept of having to provide proof in order to sentence someone, but you acting like there is the possibility of NOT being any proof. i mean come on now, i know you're biased as fuck concerning this issue, but even you will have to admit that the pictures and videos of police roughing up women and elderly aren't staged or so "out of context" that it's somehow "justified"...
