...you have no idea what I listen to or how many different types of music I enjoy so run along now  :baby:

I imagine you listen to music that is rather conservative

Meaning easy listening.

I dont really picture you sitting there with a Slayer record headbanging

...just for the record

Beatles

Stones

Zep

Tull

Velvet Underground

Janice Joplin

Hendrix

...are among my alltime favorites . I have played guitar for almost 50 years and I also play a decent 5 string banjo . I enjoy not only rock but folk , bluegrass , spiritual , R&B , some classical ( especially string ) and an occasional operatic song .

...any other misconceptions I can clear up for you ?

Maybe you were also having misconceptions, about helter skelter. It's only natural and doesn't need to be defended so harshly.

I was about to defend you because of VU alone, but I figured I'd let you do it

Lmao.

What do you consider less conservative than the Velvets?

Slayer is a pussy/feminine band compared to them.
