The president committed insurrection by aiding and abetting enemies of the united states of america as the violently and forcefully flooded across barriers and security lines to enter our country's hallowed borders unlawfully, as he abdicated his responsibility to secure the border and instead let hundreds of thousands of haitians and venezuelans and cubans stream in from mexico unchecked in caravans. He is knowingly and purposefully allowing known terrorists to cross into the country right now. As such, he is an unlawful and illegitimate president and cannot hold office and must not only be struck from the ballot in states like Texas and Florida, but Joe Biden's term must be immediately revoked as an insurrectionist cannot legally hold office and therefore it is the responsibility of the state governments (having usurped this power) to remove him from office.

he subsequently pushed state officials to CHANGE their tallies in his favor
he plotted to name FAKE electors
he pushed Pence to refuse to certify the electoral college votes (this is why MAGAts were chanting to hang him at the Capitol)
he tried to gain access to voting machines and their data
he rallied the hog army to the Capitol on January 6th - where they rioted and tried to stop the decertification process which was happening at that time

trying to retain power and overturn a democratic election is Treason with a capital T

all of this is documented with testimony, data, and Trump's own greasy voice on tape. he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt

he and his loser lawyers lost 62 cases attemping to challenge the outcome of the election in battleground states claiming voter fraud and miscounts
he lost his cases in republican states with conservative judges. he lost, he is a traitor and thank god he wont be president ever again
