I never even heard of Tate before like two months ago. So it's funny that you think he's ever been brought up in a meaningful sense on this forum. I assure you, it's the remnants of your past messing with your brain. So far you've hidden behind "well it might be AI", and are now hiding behind "well legally he's not convicted". Everybody who doesn't have a past like yours understands there's more than enough evidence to make a reasonable conclusion he did what he's accused of.

Also Kavanaugh might not be the best example since the FBI literally admitted that Trump didn't want them to investigate the accusations so they didn't. "If he's guilty they will charge and convict" then bring up a case where it was literally not investigated because of blatant corruption. Not a great look.
