It is interesting that she infers that black people may be getting better at taking tests to explain the iq gap closing.. those same tests we have been taking for a hundred years.

So? That doesn't mean anything.

It wasn't until recently that white liberals started to really focus on helping black people do better on IQ tests, for ideological reasons (they want to prove the racists wrong). If left on their own, black people probably have little motivation to want to do well on these tests.
