What's the consistent position from the right where they can maintain not caring about Trump's classified documents scandal while criticizing Biden? I suppose the easy route for the hacks(Hey Goom!) is to pretend both situations are the same, and therefore, neither situation merits consequences.
It's been said, but the clear difference in the situations is the number and sensitivity of documents, and (especially) the behavior from Biden and Trump. Based on the evidence we have, Biden misplaced documents. When found by lawyers, he responded like any normal person would, and they were returned. Trump stole documents, and then obstructed the government's attempt to retrieve them. Had Trump simply returned the documents he clearly stole, there wouldn't have been the possibility of indictment. And as we've seen time and time again these past number of years, the ramblings on right-wing propaganda networks don't have a lot of influence in the American judicial system. Thank God for that.
