Anyway, the only definitive proof is their own admission, I killed him because he was black, or I killed him because I hate black people. And I think this is a very ineffective way to go about proving a hate crime. All the other "proofs" can only prove that they might be a racist and they all fail to prove that the particular crime was racially motivated.

The US should be held accountable because it was a crime. Not because you have proved that it was a hate crime.

Ya see the problem with the term hate crime, is that it's being coined by the same people that want reparations from those who weren't even involved.
And the same people that started BLM, and were proven to be scam artists, who ripped off... their own people.
