what does "get to court" mean to you?

because many of them did have a case that was presented before the judge, so yes.

Following President Joe Biden’s swearing in on Jan. 20, a Facebook post shared over 6,140 times has said: “Not one court has looked at the evidence and said that Biden legally won. Not one”. This is false: state and federal judges dismissed more than 50 lawsuits presented by then President Donald Trump and his allies challenging the election or its outcome.

Similarly, on Dec. 12, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a long-shot lawsuit by the state of Texas and backed by Trump, which sought to throw out voting results in four states ( here ). In a brief order, the justices said Texas did not have legal standing to bring the case.

On Dec. 1, then-Attorney General William Barr said that the Justice Department had found no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the election, even as President Trump kept up his legal efforts to reverse his defeat ( here ). Two weeks later, Barr announced his resignation from the Trump administration ( here ).

the US supreme court itself rejected the case after looking at the lack of evidence. but many of them were given court time, Rudi and his team, rather than presenting solid evidence, brought forth witnesses who mostly presented hearsay or "look fishy" statements. no tampered ballots, no voting machine experts, etc.

none of the 50+ cases went anywhere, many of them in areas Trump appointed the judge who dismissed them.

Sounds like from reading into the case that 8 out of the 10 challenges were dropped. and they're letting her continue on two of the charges in a limited scope, 50 ballots that her team can inspect.

afaik she hasn't presented much of any evidence, just allegations. and they're letting it go on to see if she can find any evidence to continue the trial. if she doesn't then its over.

if she finds that the election was stolen, good. i'm not a democrat and want all elections to be fair and honest. but if she has the same level of proof trump had than it's already over and this is just for optics to shut down further lawsuits as this is happening more and more each cycle.
